Well hello there friends and followers, that is if I still actually have followers since I haven't updated this page for a number of YEARS!  Anyway If you are still watching me, following me, or paying attention to me at all, let me fill you in on what I've been doing and where I've been.

First and foremost, no I haven't given up on illustration or comics. Actually quite the opposite. These last few years, I have been attending University of the Arts and this past month I finally graduated! I was lucky enough to be in the audience and hear Neil Gaiman's commencement speech in person, which was truly inspiring. The second important thing is that I now have an official website www.jasonpiperberg.com/ and I also have a blog pipelineillustration.blogspot.…. Both of these have my newest work and I've been trying to update my blog as regularly as I can. I'll try to add some of my new work to my DA page but for now if you want to see my latest work those sites are your best bets at the moment.

Alright guys, it's been a long time coming and I know I said this in my last journal entry but I really mean it now. The first issue of Entity is completely finished and ready for purchase here www.indyplanet.com/catalog/pro…. The truth is I really have been finished with it for a couple months and I've had copies but it hasn't been up online for purchase until yesterday.

If you do get a copy please give me some feedback. I'd love to know what you think, and hopefully I'll be able to get a second issue out sooner rather than later.

Well it has taken me 6 years but my comic book is done and my files have been sent to the printer. If everything goes smoothly I should have a proof copy by the mid-end of this month! It's still hitting me that I'm done with at least the first issue and that I can finally move on.

I'll make another post soon with information on how you can get a copy and all that stuff. So check back in a little while if you're interested.

I was wondering if anyone knows of some good sites that can be used for hosting webcomics. I'm asking because my first comic book is almost done (thank God) and I'm going to actually publish that one independently through ka-blam www.ka-blam.com/ . But, in order to keep the interest of people I was thinking that since I don't have the time to put out printed books every month,  I could keep the story going via webcomics, and then when I have enough of the story I could publish an anthology that contains everything that I've done up to that point, and then just repeat the process.

I did look at a few sites but I wanted to get a second opinion. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, also if anyone wants to offer a better alternative to this whole webcomic idea, feel free.

HA! I'm no longer conflicted and confused. I know this is kinda late but I had my interview on the 2nd, and on the 6th my mom called me and said that I got into UArts, my first choice school, with a $12,000 annual scolarship!  I was floored, I never thought I would get that big of a scholarship. So too say the least I'm pretty excited. Only problem now is that I have a huge case of senioritis.
